Was there a free shipping code for the Avengers set? Someone on Facebook said there was/is one, but I can't find it on the site.

EDIT: I'm seeing a code now (SHIPMAGIC), but it doesn't seem to be working for me. I'm in Canada. Is the code just for US residents? Thanks!

Thank goodness for the availability of these. Sets are now available 2 per customer. I had Captain America and Hulk as a child. I’m stoked to have this set.

Agreed. It was astonishingly easy. My set is on the way, and it's still available on the site. I just wish I'd had more points saved up on my credit card, but I just spent them on a (non-action) figure set.

But that doesn't stop sellers from offering the newest set on eBay. I see at least 2 that sold for $200/set.

There were a lot more accessories with these figures. Cost for production would have been higher.

FYI - went over to the Disney Springs Marvel Store on Sunday. They had many sets available!

I am very pleased with them. I like they have a heft to them and although I have new repros of cap spidey etc I haven't had a hulk Mego for a very long time and this fills a gap in my Mego collection.)

I wouldn't be surprised if tariffs also played a part in the price hike.

My set arrived arrived early yesterday afternoon. Considering that I'm in Canada, it was incredibly fast shipping by UPS.

However, living in Canada also means that between the exchange rate, shipping costs (there was no free shipping offer to Canada) and customs/duty fees, we Canucks unfortunately have to pay about double what customers in the USA have to. It's a beautiful looking set, but likely the last one I'll be purchasing from the Disney site, as I'm really only interested in original release characters, not to mention cost is a factor as well. However, if Ghost Rider or any of the Marvel Monsters were produced, I'd probably change my mind. I really like the Falcon figure, so if that is produced I may try to get it off eBay.

I can't get over how heavy and sturdy these figures are (Hulk, in particular), compared with the original releases. I guess we won't have to worry about the Hulk's arms or legs falling off with this version. The stain/smudge on Iron Man's chest plate looks like it may possibly be caused by glue that has bled though the button onto the sticker. But it's difficult to say for sure.

I'm surprised that (as of this writing) these are still available on the website. I wonder if a much higher number of sets were produced, or for whatever reason, people aren't buying this one as much as the previous offerings. I've attached some photos. Hope you like them.
