    New Body Teaser Pic

Well, for lack of a better term here is a teaser pic of the new body. What you're seeing is a rough factory sample but the one they'll send to me should be cleaned up and I'll be sure to post more pics when I have it in hand. It's MEGO scale but as you can plainly see the design is much different. The body is solid and not held together with elastic bands, plus it has improved articulation. The hands are removable so new designs can be swapped out easily. They will also be made of a flexible material to provide a firm grip on weapons and accessories.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer. I've also posted this info in the Customs section so I hope the powers that be don't mind.

I'm only developing a male body for now. The female body will get done if the line does well enough for a wave 2. I've already received a first round of pics from the factory but the body needed some work so I'm waiting on pics of the revisions. Once I approve the design I'll be sure to post images and info.

This is the best Mego related news I have heard in a long time! Great early sculpts. I can't wait to see the package designs.

You know, I havent really given the Buck tv series a second thought since I was a kid. Since this announcement I've hauled out my old comics and re read them ,and my old VHS copy of the movie and rewatched it. I've also been scanning the web, upgrading my memory of the series.....I may even have to see if I can find the DVD collection.

I used to do stuff like this when I was a kid and excited about a new toy line, or tv show. I would get my hands on anything I could find and try to learn as much as I could. I was surprised to catch myself doing it again for this release. Thanks!!

I must admit that I'm actually a bigger fan of the 3.75" scale but now that I've delved into the 8" scale I can see a world of possibilities.
That would be all we would ask. As Doc said earlier, thanks for making a childhood dream come true.

Only thing I would ask is what you have said is up next, Wilma and TWIKI. They were my favorites on the show when I was little.

But I do know I have to have a Buck in Draconian disguise. So I guess I have to have 2 of each for them.

Yes, regardless of its financial viabilty, having a fan at the helm guarentees the "spirit" of the project is in good hands!!
