    I'll second Bonanza and add:
    The Hilarious House of Frankenstein
No exclusives and no chase figures, please - I'm Canadian!

everybody keeps mentioning shows from the 60's like munsters and gilligan's island. i guess mego could of done them they did our gang from the 30's. 8'' a-team would've been cool . the galoob figures never really did it for me.

If Mego had been around longer, I would love to see a Magnum PI series. Thomas Magnum could have the red Ferrari, TC could have the Helicopter and Higgins could be packaged with the two dobermans. JOHN

          Since Mego made figures directed to kids and their love for TV shows, my choice would be;
          The Munsters
          The Addams Family
          I Dream of Jeannie
          Bonanza
          Gilligan's Island
          Greatest American Hero
          TV Hulk
          more Dukes of Hazzard characters
more Planet of the Apes characters

1.The 3 stooges (imagine the assessory props)
            2. The Funky Phantom (Good use of the penguin body)
            3. Jose and the Pussycats
            4. Speed Buggy
            5. Jabber Jaws (Aquamans shark gets a second chance at fame)
            6. Original Ghostbusters Spencer tracy and Kong
            7. F Troop
Lo there do I see my Father.
Lo there do I see my Mother and my Sisters and my Brothers.
Lo there do I see the line of my people back to the begining.
            Lo they do call me.
They bid me take my place among them.

Yeah thinking about it I would have loved to see a Witchipoo, HooDoo or Sleestack figure.
Lo there do I see my Father.

Dragnet, I would have loved to see a Joe Friday figure. With shotgun and preachy anti-drug sermon included.

That's because even though these shows weren't MADE in the 70's, they were POPULAR as reruns in the 70's (just like the Little Rascals).
Some perhaps even more popular than their first run.

I'd like to see the new Mego (or emce or castaway or ctvt) do a lot of these series that have been listed.

I would have a Gilligan's Island set in a second. I, too, wish that Mego had done classic Galactica as 8" figures. If the show had lasted longer, I would have liked to see Quark done by Mego, too.
                      It's all good!

How about a set based upon the '69 moon landing? "One small step for man... one 8" figure based upon my likeness for kidkind". Lunar lander and vehicle would be cool too.

Two others: Jackson Five and The Osmonds.
