Appropriate Age For Megos?

I don't think the Mego Spidey harm to age 0 and up. He don't have any accessories or weapons but the baby or child might be chewing the Spidey's hands then the plastic chips will breaking off and swallow it will be hazardous to children.

I personally wouldn't give any kids REAL Mego's when they're still at an age where they might chew the head.

I don't trust the chemicals used to make Mego heads .. even if they're not graying.

I know the packaging read for ages 3 and up, but do you think that hold true. I was thinking of starting to corrupt my nephew with a Spiderman. He (my nephew not Spiderman) has just turned 2. I'm not sure what dangers Spidey might present, but I want to be safe. I think Batman or another figure with tons of accessories might be an issue, but Spidey seems pretty safe. What do you think?
