I found this site recently that has a pretty sizable list of classic computers. This really takes me back to when computer gaming was much different and everyone you knew had different machines and had heated debate over which was better.
I was wondering what memories the board has of computers they owned (or friends had). I didnt have one but a neighbor nearby had a commodore 64 and I would make any excuse I could to go and play it. It seemed like a really powerful machine at the time (just before I had a chance to see a NES) and I enjoyed the Sega conversions and the classic arcade games "seemed" really close to me. Of course, I was use to systems like Intellivision and the Atari 2600.
Around 1990 I had a chance to see an AMIGA for the first time. I had never seen such a powerful computer, I still wouldnt mind having one to this day. Awesome game machine and STILL could be a very useful machine even now for regular everyday use.
