Traveling Classic Doctor Who DVD-R

I would love to participate. I would feel slightly off as a consumer rather than contributor as the only Who I have is a natty old vhs of the Robot of Death. How would this work for those of us in the take and how do we pay for all the media.

Should there be a pool for media - say each person chips in $?? for a disc and postage.
