I'm up to season-2 episode 5-ish... Gan just got killed in an explosion.

First off, i'm really let down by the new actor portraying Travis.

This guy has to be the worst actor EVER ... (I'm hoping he don't remain for the rest of the series)

Supreme Commander keeps reminding me of Sarah Douglas.

Getting sick of Vila Restal's annoyingness

--- All in all, still enjoying the show

I used to have the little Corgi Toys Liberator, always wished they'd made the Scorpio from seaon 4. Rumours of a reboot of the show pop up from time to time, and it'd be fun to see an updated version of this.

        Question for B7 fans.

Right now i'm up to Season-3 around episode 4.

Am I wrong for starting to dislike what been going on ?

        I really miss Blake.

Not a fan of the new people.

Supreme Commander has WAY too much air-time and is almost turning into Dr Who's Master (with outlandish convoluted ideas).

Even the new title sequence doesn't inspire me.

For me, it's only saving grace is Avon -- which is my favorite character on the show.

Hope better things are to come ..............

Mikey, I have all 4 seeasons on DVD. Bought them from overseas and had them shipped to the USA. I played them on a region free player. If you want to borrow them-let me know.

Yeah, the ones on Youtube are pretty good. I had forgotten about the show for a long time, but for the past couple of years, I have been getting back into it. It's a shame that they didn't have more merchandise associated with it. I would have loved to get a hold of some Mego like action figures with the actor's likenesses.

The new Season-3 cast is growing on me as I go along

Up to the Avon's old girlfriend episode.

Dang, right after an episode that I loved (the Avon girlfriend one) they play one called Sarcophagus and man did that stink ... The beginning was soooo boring I was this close to just turning it off.

Wow, that was like the Spock's Brain of Blakes so far

Really? That's one of my favorite episodes!

Okay the intro takes a while, but once the lights go, and the spooky stuff starts, I find it to be a very chilling ghost story and alien invasion combined. No where to run where SHE can't find you, because she has taken control of the ship; knocked out both Orac and Zen, and is very willing to hurt people if she doesn't get what she wants.

Jan Chappell was surprisingly effective as a villainess in this episode, and got to stretch her acting chops. They really didn't do much with Cally in the third season, aside from going to Auron, and witnessing her sister and people die.

                          Finally finished the series.

                          Wow !!!, what a series finale !!!

Still processing it the next day

Why has this series never been remade or especially turned into a movie ?

If they ever did remake it, good luck trying to find a convincing Avon.

Yeah, Paul Darrow just owns that role, doesn't he? That was really the saving grace of the sequel novel he wrote -- there was no doubt he knew the character inside and out, and reading it felt like you were watching him in the show.

Was wondering, could a US TV show got away with that kind of finale back in the early 80's ?

Bare in mind before you answer, this is the same country a kid committed suicide when he heard Battlestar was cancelled.

Nope, no way. Despite it's occasionally goofy production values, the core of that show, even killing off it's main character is way ahead of it's time.
