I've liked River ever since she showed up in "Silence in the Library". It will be interesting to see if this is the version of The Doctor she told Ten about in "Forest of the Dead."

I look forward to it, think she's terrific in small doses.

It's been alluded that her and the Doctor had some unfinished business and I'm really interested as to how she interacts with the 12th.

I know this isn't the actress's fault (blame the writers) but I hate her character.

If she was a real life person I wouldn't want to be around her so why would I want to watch her mugging for the camera on my favorite TV show

I like her too. And now Kingston has a Doctor her own age to flirt with, so it's less...weird.

Here's River's sonic from Silence in the Library. Perhaps the one he's holding in that picture is the one River ends up with before her death in the Library.

Glad to see it back, kinda liked the glasses, thought they would last about a season and they did.
I know the show runner gets a lot of grief, but I think this year is one of the best ever!
