Not bad, maybe we'll be getting a return to a more action oriented Pertwee styling Doctor. Which I would enjoy, all the energy of Smith & Tennant but under a firm hand of control. -
Of the older doctors I've seen, I gravitate more towards Pertwee, so this wouldn't hurt my feelings none.

I like the look, but perhaps a small dash of color on the outside of the costume might help for contrast. The colors are all rather toned down now.
Teenage Who fans will probably dislike him even more, "old man, old clothes".
Will he have a screwdriver?.
