Doctor Who regeneration sequences

As Tennant's regeneration was too long and overdone, I think this one was too lowkey.

Smith deserved a regular firey long morph regeneration.

Maybe even a little Badwolf "oooo oooo oooo" singing

Man, that was FAST!!! Just a quick snap into Capaldi! Maybe it's because his face would have aged a lot before our eyes, and they want to downplay that. Or, it could have just been to shake things up and do something unexpected.

Not too bad. I don't like long, drawn out regenerations. Better to get it over with.

The episode was excellent; it had me crying in places, and the make up people did an excellent job of aging Matt Smith.

But that last line was a doozy! The Doctor is pretty much of a crap pilot at the best of times, and he's asking CLARA if she knows how to fly the TARDIS!!!
