I thought he nailed him vocally. It doesn't matter to me, that movie was brilliant.

And in David Bradley, they have someone who can play the 1st Doctor in Doctor Who if required, or would that be too weird.

I must admit when they panned over to him, I thought "really?" and then he went into the routine and I understood.

It was subtle but they touched on Hartnell's alleged racism too, that was well done.

Yep, but I remember reading years ago Carol Ann Ford (who's Jewish) said he never showed ANY racism around her - which I think helped make his character not too too awful.

The thing that surprised me was I never knew he smoked ---- but I guess EVERYBODY smoked back then

I think that was Mark Gatiss as Pertwee, no? It makes sense to include a clip of Hartnell re-appearing for the 3 Doctor's.
