The Voyager sets are that cheap??

Oh, Voyager, thought you were talking about old Trek. Didn't know Columbia House got to Voyager before they just decided to release it retail.

To be sure, the dvds I am talking about are not the 2 per disc version but the ones where it had 4-5 episodes per disc (unless that is what you meant). Either way I did not hear/notice anything crazy, but I do not have these eps memorized by heart or anything like that

Both the 2 to a disc and the 4 to a disc season sets have those remixed soundtracks but mostly only nit picky Trekkers like me who know much of the shows by heart can tell the difference in places.

Ahh I like the show but am far from a true full on Trekker. However at least with these you are getting the original unaltered picture which is fine with me

I'm not a huge Trekkie, but I have both the 3 seasons of the Blu-ray episodes and also the 2 episodes per disc DVD edition. I can't say exactly why, but I enjoy watching the 2 episode DVDs more than the Blu-ray. I guess subconsciously I'm brought back to my days of watching afternoon showings of Star Trek as a kid.
