Just finished watching it really holds up ! sadly I never saw this in theaters back in 1981 I discovered it on Cable 82-83?

Sorry, wasn't a big fan. and then my friend made me go see it a second time. i was planning on skipping it and seeing Carbon Copy instead, but for some reason my friend bought my ticket to Time Bandits before i could buy the other, so i had to watch it again. I never have seen Carbon Copy.

I do still like this movie. Lots of good stuff in there, and a great performance by David Warner.

I remember reading the Marvel adaptation first before seeing it.

Time Bandits is fantastic, everything about it is great.

It's also the only Titanic movie people need to watch.

Great film. LIke a lot of Gilliam's stuff it kinda inhabits a place of it's own. There isn't anything you can compare it to.... except maybe "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen." which is, of course another of his films.

I think it's underrated as a movie.

I remember seeing it in the theater with the family. We really enjoyed it. My dad got a kick out of the Sean Connery cameo.
