    There is another Hobbit "Official" trailer available on YouTube that shows a glimpse of Ron Perlman in the middle of it. It moves a little quicker with short sections of mostly special effects shots, but he's in that one.

      Really having high hopes for this! Just hope I'm not disappointed (like with Crystal Skull).

          PJ has a great sense of humor and tho the mission w/the dwarves is serious I think it will be contrasted by some really funny moments. Maybe after these 2 films, another 10 years down the road he may adapt The Sillamarillon into 2-3 new films. As for The Tale of Tom Bombadil I don't see why he couldn't do it the way it should be but as a TV movie of the week as a tie-in. If he made a feature of it he wouldn't have enough material and would have to add more things not originally there but it would make a fine TV special.

          He states in the video blog he wants to incorporate more Tolkien songs but I wouldn't mind seeing that make the cut as well as The Greatest Adventure
