I Tivo'd all the episodes, and watched them all. I tried my best to like it since I'm a HUGE fan of the original.

My problem was not with the actress playing Jamie, my problem was with the entire production value of the show, it was so low-budget looking...the special-effects were horrible.

I was expecting a killer memorable intro of the show, it was was pure lameness...boring and lame.

I hated that she had a little sister, and boy, that little sister was annoying as hell, I just hated that character.

I did like the concept of the prototype Bionic Woman (Starbuck)...but that storyline went nowhere quick.

The show had potential but if failed in the end.

      RIP.

Sounds like she's living on borrowed time thanks to the writers' strike...

Katie Sackoff was, IMO, the best part of Bionic Woman.

If Bionic Woman was picked up for a second season, she was set to become a regular.

She's all set with her Battlestar Galactica gig, though.

If they cancel this show, then NBC should cancel Heroes next. Besides they can't cancel the show until they air the reimagined Bionic Bigfoot.

I saw the first episode and it just reeked of David Eick's pretentiousness. It was trying to be dark and edgy but I really think they turned viewers off. There's nothing wrong with pushing the envelope but this new version never had a chance.

It's been officially cancelled, the writers strike, no doubt didn't help it's chances of finding an audience.

The new Battlestar Galactica is a masterpiece of a show.

The old one was really mediocre, campy and mediocre.

                        Not even close.

Some of you get caught up in nostalgia, sure the old one was the original, but that didn't make it better. The new one is vastly improved, not even in the same universe in terms of quality.

Yes, only this time it would have been "Nanotech Sasquatch"!

Not a bit surprised. I thought the show was a complete miss. For starters they should have recreated the original Cyborg story and inserted Steve Austin first. I never thought it made alot of sense to bypass that piece of television history since that story was done so well. I thought the show was very pretentious and too aware of itself. Felt that way also about the Knightrider remake last night. The girl seems bored with her role and tried too hard to look engaged while talking to the car. It just didn't work. The car was plenty cool, but once again, the show was just too aware of itself. These producers spend too much time showcasing style over substance and that translates into very shallow story telling. Audiences have gotten a tad more sophisticated in the sci-fi arena than what the studios give them credit for.

Twenty years from now the new one will seem campy and mediocre too. It's mired way too much in current thinking: the pseudo-military look, the "question authority/question the war" ideology, the "I'm angry!!!" characterization.... The reason it doesn't feel that way is the same as why the old one didn't feel 70's at the time: we're in the middle of that kind of thinking so it doesn't seem unusual at all. But it's there.

                                >sure the old one was the original, but that didn't make it better.

No; but the camaraderie and weird mysticism did. The big robot guys with the one eye that went "wubwubwub" helped too.
