I thought Dr. Who had already been Americanized when it started on Sci-fi Channel. I mean: The show was now an hour long. The Doctor wore more current clothing (No more frilly victorian outfits). The special effects were upgraded. They should just keep importing the show. I mean I lost interest in DR.Who after the Tom Baker episodes stopped airing in syndication. The Fox version seemed to fail imo because they chose the wrong actor to be the Doc. Tennant and the one before him (Eccelstone???) really brought me back to Dr.Who. I look forward to the latest Doctor.
