The only Who DVD I own was given to me: "Robots of Death." It's one of my favorites, but I'd really like a copy of "City of Death," too, which has a lot of great bonus features, including outtakes of Glover and Baker together. Glover was a real professional.
I only know this because I manage a Blockbuster store in a small town, and I use a large part of my "manager account" to buy Dr. Who on DVD for our store from our distributor. We now offer most of what is available on DVD from all the incarnations of the Doctor, except for #8, Paul McGann... though I favor Tom Baker, my favorite.
Not many people rent them, but I enjoy watching them on slow workdays.
