Well growing up as a kid this is one of my favorite movies.Its back and this is just a first trailor but looks interesting.Really not showing much but enjoy.

My girlfriend is a big fan of the original and loves the Ray Harryhausen effects. She just watched the trailer for the newon and rolled her eyes. Ha! What's funny was we watched the Harryhausen one a few days ago and I was thinking when they will remake this movie. I should have known about since I work in a post-production house but mainly music videos and not much of the movie trailers anymore.
Can't wait to see medusa. I wish they made a figure of her. I had all of them except the Kraken.

I love the original (and anything from Harryhausen), so I'm not against a modern remake of the story, but I fear they've gone overboard again with CGI and special effects. I will watch it tho

The plot is a timeless one so it shouldn't need much updating. the modern effects can make it look stunning. the important part is casting. only good actors will make this work

Lian Neeson is not who i would have wanted for Zeus I would have looked for Ian Mckellum or even Richard Attenborogh

I was let down by the Jason and the Argonauts remake a few years ago so I have no doubt the new Clash will let me down as well.

The reason these movies were so magical was because of the unique special effects created by Harryhousen... There just wasn't anything out there like it except in Harryhousen movies ...

Today CGI has made everything boring with no heart ...

I always thought the kraken kind of sucked.

He was basically the Ymir with extra arms and a fish tail.
