I don't think I remember ever seeing that movie.
It's one of them old classic Sci Fi movies i've heard of but never seen.
I think because back in the day the TV stations didn't play it much -- at least not that I remember.

It's Destination Moon. Destination Moon has a wonderful huge matte painting pan of the moon before we really knew what the moon looked like.
