You were thinking Borgnine, I was thinking Yvette Mimieux.

The movie is available on DVD to buy or from Netflix.

I love 1970's movie advertising art:

The movie is interesting but talky IMO. I mean I got a kick out of it but some might find it boring.

    T1K, right actors, wrong movie

Okay - I just googled the title and found the screen shot you posted.

Sorry I cheated, but I never would have gotten it otherwise. Is it good? It looks pretty cool.

I think I might have found it - but I cheated!

My curiosity got to me and I found it by cross-referencing on IMDB.

    Is this movie from 1973?

Okay, second clue. This movie has a star from Forbidden Planet and a star from The Black Hole.

    Okay, first clue.

It's a 1970's movie that ended up being played on a double bill with one of the Planet Of The Apes movies.

Here's a one. I think it's kind of obscure but someone may surprise me so no clues at first.

I knew that looked familiar! That's one of my favorite movies too! Well, in the top 100 at least. I have a soft spot for shark movies.

    You Got It!

That shot is a shark-eyed view of Samuel L. Jackson and an insignificant shark researcher who gets killed pretty quick.
