I am not even convinced you can actually die in the Nexus. Or that Kirk actually completely left the Nexus. Since it spans all of time...wouldn't anyone entering the Nexus be able to find both Kirk and Picard in the Nexus?

good point ...but Kirk died after leaving the nexus or did "oh my" mean he went back to the nexus?
