I used to watch this in syndication all of the time in the 70's. A friend of mine has a cute story back in the 80's when he was at the movies, the trailer came on for Star Trek III. He jokes to the guy next to him saying "watch they'll call this one 'In Search of Spock'" making a pun about this show only to find out a minute later it was indeed "The Search for Spock."

Still ok to watch but newer shows have the most up to date data.
It would be like watching an episode based on the Titanic 10 years before it was even discovered. How much more do we know about the Titanic now? Would they make a movie like Raise The Titanic today knowing she sits in pieces on the ocean floor instead of all in one piece with a gash in the side?

I remember that show !! It was Sightings !!!!!!! That actually started on Fox in 91/92 then shifted to Sci Fi in 94. Google it man, or look on the IMDB. There was a hoax sometime in the 90s that the show was invovled in that lead to its Demise, I think it was the 96 Washington ST. Alien body hoax.

I don't know if I just dreamt it because of this recent thread or if it was real but I fell asleep with the tv on the other night and woke up in the middle of the night and I SWEAR I heard Leonard Nimoy narrating something like an In Search Of show but I was a little groggy and probably just switched off the tv and went back to sleep. Have no idea what channel I had on. Maybe History, maybe Sci-Fi.

I remember it although I only really watched the Bigfoot episode for sure. I didn't know who Spock was back then so I had no idea who the narrator was but he had a great voice. I bet that man can sing!
