Right on Boba

HATED the cyber shades.....they looked like a tatty fur coat being pulled up a wall....the initial premise looked good with brass 'jules verne' victoriana like cybermen...but no....they were ruined by great aunty ethel's fur coat being thrown on them....why not cybermats????.....

becuase cybermats are for classic cybermen

Next the psuedo companion Rositta.....what an awful actress and attitude for a companion (even though she wasnt for a real doctor)....as she was from the same time period there is no way she would be so shouty, arrogant and brash...compare her character to the part of Miss Hartigan...angry victorian woman done so much better

the plot makes it sound like Rosita was a lower class woman possibly even a "lady of the night working woman" so even if you think of the lower class women in Oliver twist or A christmas carol that demeanor isn't that extreme

Cyberking.....oh boy....Why oh Why use children to power up the cyberking when cybermen could do it so more efficiently seeing as they never tire....did RTD watch Transformers prior to writing this and say....ooooh big robot...never had them...apart from the giant robot that is...so Why did it have to be cybermen.....ho hum...and if it was meant to be a giant dreadnaught class ship...isn't it a bit against cybermens lore to have it shaped in their own image? They are supposed to have evolved past emotions...so why build a ship in your image...pride? arrogance? surely it is the most uneconomical shape for a ship????

Classic cyberment wouldn't have done it but these ones who can say.
I can even understand using the slave labor to save the wear and tear on the cybermen (it's the past some parts may be hard to find). Finally how does the Doctor know what a cyberking is since we haven't seen it in the prior appearances and the only history of them is his persnal experiences
