Actually, we put all kinds of booze in our chocolates.
So much, that people are being tested positive for alcohol and getting their drivers licence suspended, without having had one beer....

And true, they do sell the "finer herbs" legally just north of our border with our Dutch friends. In what they call "coffee shops".
