I may cause some controversey here but Gary Seven's device has a stun and kill setting. It is an offensive/defensive weapon. The Sonic Screwdriver doesn't belong in this list. "It doesn't wound, it doesn't maime, it doesn't kill!" The Doctor doesn't consider it a weapon either. I'm sure he wouldn't want to see it on this list. It's a tool. Unlike the Masters weapon, which kills.Comment
