I always hated "And the Children Shall lead". this episde just plain sucks. But I have to agree "Turnabout Intruder" was really bad too.The hippy episode was dopey but was a sign of the times. These other episodes I mention were just plain bad story telling and it was obvious Gene Rodenberry had left the building

I don't care much for the tribbles episode. Except for the usage it got in a deep space 9 episode. Now that was creative. And I loved Whorf's explanation about how he didn't want to talk about why the Klingons look different now than they did then. Awesome.
But overall the original episode was weak.Comment

'Way to Eden' was alright. The one I CAN'T watch is the 'Plato's Stepchildren' with Spock dancing around Kirk's head and all that thought-control crap. 'And the Children Shall Lead', another bloated 3rd season entry. Other than that, most are still good.
'Course, allow me to add all the Diana Troy's mother episodes in Next Gen to the alltime worst episode list. Except for the 3rd Season 'Half Life', they all put me to sleep..

Way to Eden was pretty bad but fun to watch, like Spock's Brain. For really bad, because it's dull and convoluted, I pick "The Alternative Factor"Comment

It does seem that whenever Mr. Scott gets a love interest he turns into a 14 year old with no brains. He wasn't much better in Who Mourns For Adonis.Comment
