Just watched the most recent episode.

Tell me if i'm alone here ..........

I'm getting REALLY sick and tired of the crazy-long drawn out contemplation scenes.

They seem to have gotten so long I've found myself FF'ing over them.

Last week they went way over the top showing at least a minutes of each cast member just standing there staring in contemplation.

This weeks episode did it to (to a slight lesser degree) but I've still had to FF.

If they added up all the time lost in these nothing scenes they'd have at least 10 minutes more of actual show.

I will say I am enjoying this season way more than last year. last year was all doom and gloom with no hope. at least now they are fighting back and other than Jesus, taking no prisoners. it would have been better if Morgan just kicked the living ****e out of Jesus and then killed all the prisoners

Agreed.

For all its faults...this season is hundred times better than last season. I hated seeing a passive Rick, about time he’s kicking arze again.

Darryl’s action at the end was exactly what you are supposed to do in that all out war versus the Saviors. What Jesus is doing, while noble in a civilized society, is not the time and place for capturing prisoners, as they don’t have the facilities nor resources...his actions are going to get people killed.

After watching the Season 8 premier, I'm officially done with TWD. Too much wasted time and ammo lol...plus stupid gimmicks like a Twizzler dangling from an annoying supporting character's mouth. I was holding on to see a few things get resolved, but no thanks. I'll just rewatch the first 2 seasons whenever I need a TWD fix.

Or how about every time they hop into any car...it starts right up. They must have nuclear powered batteries or something, lol...

not to mention some sort of gasoline that has an amazingly long shelf life.

I'm so sick of Ezekiel and his endless Medieval style speeches. They were trying to hunt down one of Negan's men, but no, they just stroll through the forest, stopping for another one of his long-winded glorious speeches.

And yes, suddenly Jesus needs to save every living soul, even if it gets good people killed afterwards.
