        Yes he and several other original DS stars have a cameo in the new film.I believe Mr.Frid appears as old Barnabas who talks to Johnny Depp's younger Barnabas.

                i met him back in the 80s. Very nice to his fans. And no, he will not be burried in his Barnabas cloke, as per an interview I read a few years ago.
