I still have an HD copy of The Car recorded months ago from HBO or Cinemax to the DVR that I haven't watched yet. Instead, I am watching The Car for the first time in years in old fashioned SD, interupted for commercials and a goofy horror host (and I wouldn't have it any other way).

I always thought it was very unusual and wrong for them to kill off the girlfriend.
It just seems like sloppy writing killing off the only likeable character in the movie.Comment
