i d/l'ed the service pack 1 awhile back and it did it fine. like everyone says, vista is tricky..sometimes i have been able to d/l the updates and other times, it gives me an error message. im not so into vista as it is, but if i were to go back to xp, id be lost. ive gotten used to vista by now. lol. and i do like some of the new features...more for convenience then anything else.Comment
