I'm probably late in posting this (2 days left) but the Tour de France has been a blast this year. I'm not a big cycling fan, but I've tried to watch the Tour for the past few years and this one is by far the best. Usually, it seems like the winner is already decided about halfway through, and they spend the rest of the time running out the clock or trying for individual stuff...I dunno. It doesn't always feel like a real competition, and I don't know the scoring system. This year, the top 2 guys were only 10 seconds apart until this week - the 3rd week. And there have been several stages won by guys who did a breakaway and were never chased down by the larger group. It's on Peacock, and as far as I know the whole thing is still out there to stream. It's good background noise when I'm working from home, kind of like baseball.
And the Women's World Cup from New Zealand & Australia just started. Again, I'm not a huge soccer fan, but World Cup is usually pretty good, and I strongly prefer the women to the men (the women flop way less). This is on Fox Sports, and again the replays are key. Just need to avoid spoilers.
