Thinking back, we actually had two kinds of Salisbury steak.

One was the homemade dry turd, the other was similar to today's Oncore/Banquet style pattie Salisbury steak...

The Oncore/Banquet style one was much better.

You can pretty much write this in stone. Given a choice between two types of Salisbury steak, one should always opt for the selection that is less like a dry turd.
