jack black would be too "Busy" to play the penguin..dancin around and singing all his weird songs...dont think that would work...
jason alexander...would be too close of a reminder(to me at least) of his constanza days....
so..my bet would be seymour...would be the best choice..as long as he doesnt "shart" himself...that's a nod to along came polly, if anyone knows that movie...he was pretty funny in it....

Howza about the one, the only, Bill Shatner for Penquin. He has the right build these days. He's 5'8" so he may be a bit tall though.

If Hoffman plays the penguin, then that's fine by me. Otherwise, I don't think he fits the series well. Hoffman can bring wight to the part. Maybe Paul Giamatti, but I'm not sure. Otherwise, I think they should go with The Riddler. Paul Bettany would be a good choice for this.

When they say Riddler? Why do we have to have Riddler act like Frank Gorshin or that dick face Jim Carey? We already have a Joker!

Let's protray Riddler as a brilliant mind with a touch of evil. (like he is in the comic books) The one person that could play this Riddler in this new Batman movie in my book would be, John JohnMalkovich...

How about Philip Seymour Hoffman as Penguin. He played a real SOB in MI3.
