Yes,... Interesting points. That I would agree with. But if IT or Whatever comes here,.. & we see it,... we are screwed. Unless ofcourse we develop some serious advancements in our Space programs,.. & we go find it.... But then again,... I'd hate to be on the ship that found some Preadators. lol.... I believe there are aliens on Earth because I am one of them. I'm from Enclave XIV, Jupiter. But don't worry, we're civilized and we won't eat you.
Seriously though, as I veer off topic a little, I always found it funny that most aliens in movies have 2 eyes, ears, etc. or they're very humanoid in shape. Aliens could be made of gases or maybe light or something like that. If there are aliens in space, I doubt they look like Kevin Spacey, although that would be cool if they did.
Aliens exist? Uh, yeah. I covered that already.
On earth? Already covered that one too.
Oh and if you visit Enclave XIV, tell them Z'Blrrr'At sent you.

>If there are aliens in space, I doubt they look like Kevin Spacey, although that would be cool if they did.
It's an interesting point to consider; since we really only have one example to work from. It's possible that the humanoid form is some kind of universal; and most lifeforms would be similar. It's also possible that it's a fluke, and aliens would all look NOTHING like us. But until we have at least two examples it's all conjecture....
According to the Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy:
-The universe is big. About as close to infinite as you can get. Only a finite number of planets have life. So; any number divided by infinity is about as close to zero as you can get. Therefore there is NO intelligent life in the universe.
And anyone saying otherwise is obviously the creation of a deranged imagination.

I'm sure there is life elsewhere in the universe. Have they visited us? Who knows?
I understand the argument that traveling so far would seem out of the question, but it's inherently flawed. Who knows what forms of travel other beings might have devised? You can't judge the question of whether or not extraterrestrials have visited us based on what we know about space travel, because there's a good chance that there's a heck of a lot we don't know.
Perhaps the option of visiting Earth from a quadrillion light years away is only a hop, skip and a jump to those who have the technology to do it. (Black holes, multidimensional travel, or whatever.)--

As I said in a previous thread, I'm agnostic toward it. I seriously doubt that any form of intelligent life exists elsewhere in the universe."The farther we go, the more the ultimate explanation recedes from us, and all we have left is faith."

i said it before, we are all aliens
we crashed landed here as spores and mucus
brushing over eggsagerated religious beliefs and phoney 2,000 odd year old stories about from where we once came
if we came from another place surely some source of life form can exist out there somewhereComment
