I'm a Benny Hill fan tried and true. Always thought Python had it's moments, but Benny was the king and still is.

How about Are You Being Served? Always liked that one too.

Monty Python in a landslide over Benny Hill. I loved Hill when I was 10 because occasionally you got nudity.

Benny Hill. The menwomen in Monty weren't near as pretty as the ones in Benny Hill.

Mother & Son, that's another dvd I bought. I'd never seen it before; it was recommended to me by some Aussie mates. I really enjoyed it and will go back to buy a few more volumes.

Norman Gunstan is a TRUE AUSSIE legend. Damn he was Great in his Day. Gary MacDonald is the name of the actor that played him.

He did a new series going back to the mid to late 90's, but he suffers from depression and just couldn't cope with the pressure; the show didn't run too long as a result.

He is such a funny man. . .and I loved his sit com Mother and Son. . .but I guarantee it wouldn't cross the cultural divide into the US too well.

Leo Wanker. . .now that is bringing back the memories!!!!

Monty Python is funny but a lot of the jokes do fall flat for me. Benny Hill on the other hand nearly always has me in stitches. Especially the sketches with Jackie Wright (the little bald guy). Talking about Paul Hogan, I bought a dvd of that show recently; Leo Wanker, the stuntman and the tramp crack me up.

Does anyone remember Norman Gunston, the interviewer with shaving cuts? I got a dvd of that as well...very funny!

Monty python the show was Hilarious and very witty and I loved the movies......I thought Benny Hill although at first funny got lame very quickly......It was more a T and A show.He had lame Solid Gold style dancers which I remember thinking how corny that was.

I used to love Kenny Everett and the Naughty Bits. Man. . .i had it bad for one of the Kenny Everett Dancers - she was Blonde and always in a mini!!!!

I just went and searched YouTube - you don't have to look too hard to find clips of the show - with the dancers!!!!

I watched plenty of both shows when I was a kid and enjoyed them. I haven't seen Benny Hill in years, but still watch and enjoy Python. I love their movies too.
