I just read up about Mass Pay.
here's what I don't get:
it says that it only costs me maximum $1 to send payments, but i have never before been charged to send money. it's only to receive that i am charged. So, it seems like if i use Mass Pay that the seller of the item is saving money, not me, the buyer.

yes but you make the agreeent before hand to refund the sender the money if t be £0.65p or the $1...
