      Mission Hill.

I may have identified with Andy more than a human should.

Eek the cat. Doesn't get the love other 90s toons get.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

Light years ahead of its time.

            - Kindred: The Embraced (1996)
Kindred does not get the recognition it deserves. Pretty much everything "vampire mythos" that didn't come from Dracula, stems from this show. The idea of castes and orders, a distinct culture, started here. Blade, True Blood, Underworld, even Buffy/Angel...

                  How about:
When things were rotten - (Mel Brooks Robin Hood spoof staring Dick Gautier, Dick Van Patten and Bernie Koppel.
The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeifer - (controversial show from 1999 that was canceled before it really got started.)
                  Blanskies Beauties (just kidding)

The first seasons of Archer are brilliant, but it's still kind of a niche show.

I don't know if this counts as a show as it never got beyond the pilot stage, but Lookwell was absolutely brilliant. It's a perfect use of Adam West. It's a tragedy, as far as a TV series not being picked up being a tragedy, that it was never made into a series.

                        WANTED - Solid-Boxed WGSH's, C.8 or better.

From the little I've seen of it i'd say Wojeck (Thanks to Brian for informing me about the show years ago)

CAR 54 WHERE ARE YOU. perhaps the funniest show ever. (producer) Nat Hiken (Sgt. Bilko) was a genius.
