Pics of your Pad: How do YOU and your Megos live?

Howdy friends!

Ever wonder what the homes of long-time on-line friends look like?

I do. I was bored today and so I decided to start a thread where MEGO friends can post photos of their "pad"... if you got any.

I'll start.

STATS: I personally designed our home, and it's been under construction for about 9 years... beginning as a full gut-job. My wife and I own a three story brownstone in Williamsburg Brooklyn NY. We took the entire first floor space (about 1,000 sq ft. / former bar / saloon), and the two apartments on the second floor (about 490 sq ft each), and combined it all into a two-level duplex living space.

The Master bedroom, Master Bath, Office/Guest room, and Walk-In Closets are going to be on the second floor. We hope to finish the second floor over the next 2 years.

The basement will feature our laundry room and recreation / workout space.

The (finished) first floor features the Entry Foyer, Dining Room, Living Room/Home Theater, Kitchen, and General bath.

He probably lives in a nice big mansion.

Me? I gotta figure out where to store all my toys in about another year or so. I'm not gonna have any space for them. Wifey won't put up with this much longer...

I'm sure Michael Dorn doesn't have that problem... that lucky bastich!

Thanks pal. And you're right. No kids. That, plus I'm a perpetual NEAT FREAK. My wife sometimes calls me "Felix". That's not good.

Thanks. And you know, believe it or not that was totally un-planned.
Our first kittly "Jedi" (the black short-hair) Was given to us by some friends when he was a kitten. The striped grey Tabby ("Wampa") was rescued by us from the street, right outside our door during a NY blizzard back in 2005. And "Oola" (white domestic short-hair), she reached out to us with her paw from her cage at a shelter, and got VERY excited when she saw us. It was almost as if she begged us, "PLEASE take me home." My wife couldn't stand leaving her behind, so we took her home.

Actually, now that I look at these photos, I'm realizing that color-wise my pallette DEFINITELY reflects my passion and obsession for The Batman.

The few MEGOs I have are usually upstairs, stored in the un-finished second floor where I store my toy STAR WARS toy collection seen here in the third post from the top, on page 5 of the thread.

I'm sure she won't mind playing with the Wayne Mansion...

Are you kidding? She doesn't even know I've bought that darn thing. I've hidden it among the storage boxes in our basement, and I'm waiting for the just the right moment to mention that I'm the proud owner of a 7 foot wide Wayne Manor dollhouse for my custom MEGO Bruce, Dick, and Alfred figures.

With a little bit of luck, she WON'T divorce me, throw me out of the house, or force ME to live with the MEGOs in the doll house.

Oh wait, wait, you mean the stuff that I keep seeing outside in the street or in my vaccum cleaner tank/filter.

Oh, no, no, no. Don't forget. It comes as a kit, so it still has to be assembled. It's 3 average sized boxes, and one medium-sized one.
