That house completed is easily a million dollars here where I live in Oakland.

Darklord, I love your pad, it's really modern and beautiful...the only two things I don't like are...

White, I don't like the color white in houses (only for trims or ceilings). I come from a Mexican background, and us beaners love colors of the rainbow in our houses, lol, it's a cultural thing if you know what I mean. You would definitely hate my pad because ever single room has a different pastel-like color, nothing is the same, from bedrooms, bathrooms, to kitchen, it's all colored to hell, lol. Three sides of the living room is yellow and one side is a burnt orange accented wall, lol.

I also don't like electric stoves, I hate them. IMO the only way to go are gas stoves...you can control the heat better, you can cook faster, and you can grill stuff...and the oven bakes better.

But only those two, I just needed to say that because the rest of your pad is just too perfect, just perfect.

Que mas hombre!? Thanks for the compliment hermano. I am latino also, so I know what you mean about the cultural tendency toward colors.

However, as we were putting our place together my color pallette became more, and more, and more conservative as the place became more and more contemporary / modern.

Like I said earlier, my obsession with The Batman definitely influenced my color pallete subconciously.

But like anything else, color pallette preference is an "apples and oranges" thing.

As for the electric stove: You may dislike them, but I gotta tell you, from my experience, modern glass top ranges (like the one I have) are far safer, easier to clean, cheaper to operate, and cook / bake food amazingly well when compared to a gas range. Heat control is FAR more precise than on a gas stove because everything is digitally set. And in terms of looks, nothing beats the slick and sleek modern look of a smooth glass-top cooking surface, as far as I'm concerned.

Very Very nice spread!! LOVE the colors (kudos to you for being far bolder with colors than I could ever be), love the amount of space, and love how tidy everything looks!!!

Beautiful, beautiful home!! Best of luck in finding a buyer. As gorgeous as that place is, I don't think you'll be waiting very long at all.
