Yeah, we only got a few inches compared to the expected foot of snow. I decided to work from home anyway, just in case!

I'm sitting here at work, debating if I head home at a reasonable hour for a hot date with about 6" of snow shoveling. We hadn't had any snow in Chicago since December, so I drained the snowblower a couple weeks ago. Don't feel like prepping it again for anything under a foot.

I measured 17 inches at my home so far and its still coming down. Had to shovel half my driveway at Noon because my daughter had to be at work at Duncan Donuts. It's one of the few places open in our town today and it was an interesting drive there and back.

I shoveled about 8-9 inches of wet cement today disguised as snow (in the rain) and snow blowers
are useless for this type of situation, did I mention the 45-50 mph wind as an added bonus.

we got around 19-20 inches. I cleared my driveway 4 times. did my elderly neighbors driveway twice and then went and did another neighbors driveway to top it all off because he is away and his wife does not know how to use his tractor with plow, not that they could have cleared that much with the tractor anyway. my whole body hurts. I really don't like winter anymore

30" here in Central NYS. Another 4-8" of lake effect today. Had to repeatedly shovel drifts in the 5' range all around my deck, doors, and cars.

              Fun!
