So sad. I don't use this sort of term loosely, but he truly was one of the greats. RIP Gene.

Love Gene Wilder. One of my all time favorite comedic actors. He had a genuine quality that came through.

Has to be one of the greatest underrated movies of all-time everywhere.... a must see...
...and dare-I-say a great "show your kids this flick to show them what life's about" flick. The Frisco Kid's take on tolerance and morality is sublime.

          RIP Mr. Wilder

Just as sublime, but not so "PG-rated" dialogue from Hear No, Evil See No Evil
Dave: F'n-A. Something bothers you, "f" it. Your wife leaves you, "f" her. Your boss fires you, "f" him. F'n-A. F'n them. Right?
          Wally: You're f'n right!
Dave: It's a gift to be able to do that.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix

TCM just ran a memorial spot for Gene Wilder; yery touching. I hope it shows a series of his films in the near future.
