If I really wanted to treat myself, I'd buy some life-size replicas, like a Robby the Robot, C-3PO and R2D2, a Cylon, Iron Man.

Another dream of mine, is a SciFi and Horror Museum. I'd buy original props, set pieces, costumes and vehicles, and save them from being scrapped when the movie is finished. Kind of like the Acker-Mansion/Bob Burns collection, but multiplied by a hundred!

I would buy up all the Marx Toy Company's landfill property, then build a wall!

Family & friends are the most complicated part for many lottery winners. Who do you give to? How much is appropriate? Where do you draw the line? People come out of the woodwork looking for money, and there really isn't a right or wrong answer. I tend to think that, if I'm filthy rich while all of my friends and family are "normal," then I'm going to be pretty lonely. I might as well give those folks the means to still hang out with me (and, for example, the guilt of having 4 houses, etc. while my cousin struggles to put his kid through college would be too much). Figuring it all out would be a nice problem to have.

If I were to win the lotto, especially a huge won, say $100 million...no way would I bother starting and running a business. Why? I'm trying to get away from people...not mingle with them further, lol.

I'd go to a private island...the only humans I want there with me, would be a maid, bartender, chef, massage therapist, and some Victoria Secrets models...

First I would take care of IMMEDIATE family and then I would look into making the money work for me so I don't have to work at all. Buy a building that I can truly do a business the way I'd want to do a business...and that business would be everything I enjoy from Comics to Action Figures to Music. Last, I'd buy a few close friends some gifts that I know that only they can appreciate but have never had the $$$ to buy them for themselves.

Yea, I never mentioned family because I assumed everybody knew it's a given.

Nobody should feel guilty for posting their desires...I kind of took it as a given we'd all make sure our families were set for life. I'm talking about when it's time to splurge on yourself, what do you do?

I still wanna live in Castle Grayskull....sigh.

No heel feeling necessary, Hedji. Heck, in addition to what I named, I would likely try to find a vintage '67 Chevy Impala and have it restored and converted into a replica of "Baby" from SUPERNATURAL. I'd also like go on a Sideshow shopping spree just to pick up some of the figures I've always wanted and maybe commission a few more!
