Wow, you lost 300 pounds? May I ask how heavy you were?

I had a similar experience, except it wasn’t from a stroke (complications from diverticulitis). I spent one year at both hospital and nursing facility. Lost 100 pounds. Yes, kidney failure too, but luckily my kidneys bounced back. Also went through the atrophy thingie...but eventually walked in a few months...now I trail hike all the time.

You are going to walk again, right?
