RIP Prince found dead at age 57

I was a big fan. 2016 has been rough

As stunned fans mourned Prince, questions remained on what killed him days after he performed in Atlanta to rave reviews. An autopsy will be conducted Friday.

It's the worst year in music since probably "The day The music died" when the Big Bopper, Richie Valens, and Buddy Holly. It's just been one after another this year. This is probably the most shocking. There were rumors about Bowie's health, and his was shocking, but this is just really crazy. I think Prince was on tour. I could be wrong. They said he had the Flu. RIP Prince.

Unbelievable! Bowie and Prince in the same year. Those 2 artist were about half of my music collection in high school.

I remember seeing him during the Purple Rain tour. Unlike a lot if pop artists, he was a really good musician and a decent guitarist. He pushed the envelope of both pop music and live performances back in the day. I even enjoyed his guest appearance on New Girl.

Purple Rain came on over the weekend and my girlfriend and I both agreed that Prince is the only musician we would pay todays huge ticket price to see, wish I would had gone to see him sooner.

                    RIP Prince

Holy crap, terrible news...I loved Prince...now that was one friggin talented musician/songwriter.

His 89 Batman songs were great (along with Elfman's soundtrack, great combo).

He was just at a Warriors game not too long ago.

                      Shocking...

I'd say he was more than a decent guitarist. He could play any style, and play it excellently. It's not something he became famous for, but he was a virtuoso on that thing.

                          Crazy news.
