anybody get their "stimulus" check yet?

I still haven't gotten mine. I'm really needing a strip-joint too I can't wait to see the bank teller's face when I tell her I want my in one dollar bills. It should be a real Hoot.

anyone get their stimulus check in the mail yet? just wondering....what the actual schedule was like and how fast they were coming. can't wait to get ours...

Internal Revenue Service has a mailing schedule based on last 2 digits of your SS number. I had asked for direct deposit but didn't get it because since I owed $ this year and had direct debit they wont deposit the check into that account.

So now instead of May 9 DD I have to wait till late June for the check to be mailed!

Got it and spent it

Yup. Didn't have one of them new-fangled HDTVs, so I bought one. Brand-new Samsung 40" 1080p 120Hz LCD. I think I'm watching like 20 hours of TV every day now. Got it off Amazon with free shipping and no tax. Couldn't beat it.

The wife and daughter are digging it big time. I usually never do this kind of thing. I'm more of a waiting kind of guy. But, I figured, what the heck.

I used to love doing that all of the time before I met my gf. I loved the look on the tellers face when they had to count out five hundred dollar bills. Now I just buy her (my gf's) dollar bills from her and turn around and give them back to her in an hour or less.
