We call scrambled eggs? Scrambled Eggs over here...it must've been the way you were saying it. Or maybe the guy was new to the country.

My parents used to eat this stuff called Bread and Dripping Yuk.
From what I can gather it is bread dipped in the fat from the Sunday
    Roast.

I think I heard something like this once .........

In the US, scambled eggs are mixed up fried eggs .......

An Omelet is the above with milk, cheese and whatever have you.

I heard in the UK, the terms are reversed.

        Scrambled Eggs.

Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and about two tablespoons of milk.
        Add to a Pan.
        Stir the mixture.
Add Ham, Onions, Mushrooms if you like.
Cook the eggs over a medium to low heat, breaking them up with a wooden spoon so they don't turn into an omelette.
Serve with a smile and some pepper.

            Best Scrambled Eggs ever

            1. cut up 1 onion (dice it)

            2. Fry them (cut up onion) on the stove until they caramelize....

            3. take the onions off and put them in a bowl when done.

            4. Next, fry some diced fat back

            5. fry until crunchie

            6. Add onions, fat back and four eggs.

            7. Fry up until almost done.

            8. Throw on 2 peices of American cheese.

            9. Let fry until cheese melts.

            10.--- mmmmmm

always made me laugh that, an ice cream sandwich?... thats like ice cream, ice milk or what ever you call it in between 2 slices of bread!

In the Philippines, that's how they serve ice cream--if there's no bread to be had, it's in a hot dog bun.

One of my buddies is Philippino

He said a big delicacy in the Philippines is fertilized duck eggs.

They make them like regular hard boiled eggs, but it has the baby duck inside ..
                  Head, body, beak and all.

He said it tastes like a combo of egg and chicken.

                  Pretty disgusting imo

Me too. I was feeling hungry....but not now.

I hate that hard boiled duck. I used to like it as a kid but now I KNOW better. I hear the beak crunches when you chew it. I have severe arnithophobia so I would definitely have a panic attack.

My favorite ice cream truck treat now is the Capuccino flavored Its-It ice cream sandwiches...coffee flavored ice cream between two cookies.

My favorite used to be astropops.

I remember watching them eat those when the Survivor show was in the Phillipines. It looked totally nasty with all the feathers, beak, etc. but I'm sure it was more psychologically gross than it actually tasted.

If memory serves me right, somebody barfed on the show after trying to eat one.

Did you guys ever see that show the Travel Channel, where this guy eats all the weird foods of a specific country? I think it's with Andrew Zimmerman...pretty nasty but fun show--they had a special on the Philippines.

I watch it everytime it's on

It's actually what inspired me to ask my buddy -- Do you really eat that ? (about the duck eggs)

                            Zimmerman eats some nasty stuff.

I think the only thing he ever spit out was that weird plant he described as tasting like rotten onions.
I forgot the name of it.

Take out that processed American cheese, and add Munster cheese instead, and now we are talking...your recipe sounds great.
