    Maureen O'Hara RIP age 95

She was Hayley Mills mom in The Parent Trap, Natalie Wood's mom in Miracle In 34'th Street and a good movie companion to John Wayne.

Not to mention, she was a favorite of director John Ford. There are so very few Golden Age actresses left from that era (Olivia De Havilland comes to mind). She was a great actress and had phenomenal chemistry with John Wayne. "The Quiet Man" and "How Green was My Valley" are classic films.

Mine too. She had a long life full of ups, downs and in betweens. She was one of my favorite actresses, and she will be missed.

      RIP Maureen. We love you.

She was very hot back in the day.

Besides her classics loved her as John Candy's mother in that movie where he falls in love with Ally Sheedy

Sad to hear this. I was 19 when I realized I was in love with her (after seeing The Hunchback of Notre Dame)

She was a great actress! And, she was the queen of Technicolor because she was made for it. Though, her best role may have been in a little movie, filmed in black & white, called "Miracle On 34th Street."

            RIP Maureen.

Back in the 80's my Mom was working at a hummel store at the local mall, and Maureen O'Hara walked in
with another woman and bought something and my Mother waited on her, I walked into the store and saw her
but really didn't know who she was at the time, my Mother was very excited to see her, I just remembered
how pretty she was and her red hair. I have a few of her movies and she was an excellent actress, sorry
to hear about her passing away, RIP.
