deGrom was great too. Despite he got in trouble many times he always managed to get out of the jams. deGrom & Murphy, Nuff said! Let's Go Mets!

Congrats to the Mets! the better team won. The Dodgers had their chances many times against deGrom, but couldn't come through. Offense did not back Grienkes pitching.

I would love to see the Cubs beat the Mets and move onto the World Series

Cubs haven't won the series in 107 years, haven't been to the series in 70 years, I think it's about time
they are due. So with saying that, the Mets will probably win by some controversial play.

Personally I'd like to see the BlueJays make the series, should be a good ALCS an NLCS

To me, the American League games, in this post season, don't seem nearly as exciting/compelling to watch, overall. And, I'm not really an American or National league guy.

              Maybe it's just me.

It's not just you. This NLDS is "Old Rivals" that go back to the 1969 series. It will definitely have more juice than the American League games. Cubs just better watch out for black cats near their dugout

                  ^ LOL.

Thanks for the confirmation. I really enjoyed the Cubs-Cardinals and the Mets-Dodgers. I really enjoyed both. When I watched the AL series, I couldn't get through the games. Either I switched the channel or fell asleep. As I mentioned before, I have nothing against the American League. I just haven't found this seasons AL playoff games hold my interest...minus game 5 in Toronto the a few nights ago.

I Predict a team with a blue color scheme will win it all :-]

In all seriousness I can't see anyone beating the Royals right now. The Cubs making it to world series is what everyone wants to see. I talked to a retired professor and author last month who wrote a book on the Chicago world series drought I'm sure he would tell many stories on how important it is to fans.

One down and three to go. Little sloppy in centerfield tonight for Lagares. He's probably one of the best centerfielder's in the league. Don't know what the Cubs were thinking running on Cespedes' arm. 48 runners thrown out in the last 4 years. I've seen one of the best throwing outfielders when Dave Parker was with the Pirates...and Cespedes is THAT good. Another good game tomorrow with Syndegard vs. Arietta. LET'S GO METS!!!

Good start, tomorrow will be tough. We got to take it one pitch, one out,and one inning at a time.

Two down and two to go. Murphy is on FIRE! Just a great game and now it's off to Chicago for the next three. LET'S GO METS!!!

If the Mets can beat Greinke, Lester, and Arietta three games in a row they may just deserve to go the World Series.

But, momentum is only as good as your starting pitcher AND let's see how the Cubs play in front of their own crowd. I am hoping for a long series.

Three down and ONE to go. Degrom once again not with his best stuff but managed to gut it out and go 7. Did I say that Murphy is gonna get paid this offseason??!!?? Another BLAST from Murph. The Captain David Wright is getting going and Cespedes looked really good. Duda also has a little glimmer going. Think it's all over tomorrow night. LET'S GO METS!!!
