I didn't. I live near Washington D.C., am Catholic but my wife had no interest.

Americans are intrigued by celebrities whether it be movie stars, Queen Elizabeth, the Pope. Full grown adults were crying just to catch a glimpse of him like a girl at a Hannah Montana concert.

And even the scalpers came out in full force and were scalping tickets to go to mass with him at Nationals Stadium....
