Do you like wine ?

I drink anything, no surprise being Polish, but hey as far as red wine goes, love a Shiraz. Havent a clue about white wine, apart from sticking it in the fridge lol. I drink differant types of stuff depending where I am, and what season it is. Im on a cider and ale binge at the moment , being in the Uk now.

I'm not sure I believe the genetics angle, but personally I can't stand wine. I have friends that are wine drinkers, and they'll sit around and do the swish, smell, and drink thing. I can't help but laugh because all I smell are fermented grapes and all I taste is poison. I prefer mixed drinks or beer.

Can't stand wine. Give me a good pilsner any day of the week instead. Or, I've been known to demolish bottles of gin over a long evening. At least, I think I have. That's what people tell me, because I certainly can't remember the next day.

I have defective taste buds and the vast majority of food tastes bitter to me; wine and beer are very close to the top of my ick list. I'll have the occasional mixed drink that tastes like Kool-Aid, but that's it.

I do simple reds, light or sweet whites, mead, cider & beer; not a big fan of liquor. I kind of buy the genetics angle on other foods - I'm Irish/Scottish and find oatmeal & potatoes to be very friendly to my system.

I don't like white wine, but I do love to drink red wine+Coca-cola. It's a tacky thing here in my country but I don't care. With all the fuzz about our wines being the best in the world, I can't stand the sight of snobs moving and smelling the cups!
